Championing Community Health and Wellbeing for Everyone
Support and connection to our community are vital during the tough times
That’s why we provide high quality community health and wellbeing support to people and communities across the UK.
Good health is so much more than just the absence of illness. We understand a combination of physical, mental, social, and emotional factors all have an influence on our overall wellbeing.
We take a holistic approach to community health and wellbeing which addresses all aspects of life. We work with local partners to connect people to the services they need, when they need them. Through this personalised support, people can become more independent and confident, learn new skills and gain fulfilling work.

Our impact
By learning to live in the moment, Ben finds a new perspective on life after judo.
When Ben came to Live Well Kent and Medway he told us he had little hope for his future. Anxiety meant he found it difficult to leave the house.
Putting T at ease for her health assessment
T has multiple health conditions related to her physical, neurological and mental health. An assessment was booked with an Occupational Health Practitioner (OHP), but T was anxious about the session and the number of questions she was going to be asked.
