Brent Connexions
Supporting young people with careers advice and guidance, finding job opportunities and giving support to complete job applications.
City Youth Forum
The role of Member of Youth Parliament is an important one, chosen by their peers as someone who can represent them fairly and effectively, our MYPs are required to attend a range of meetings throughout each month, actively engaging in conversations, projects and campaigns.
Wakefield Connexions
Connexions Wakefield Digital is online information, advice and guidance service for young people in Wakefield.
YST Gloucestershire
Life can throw up some serious challenges for young people.
But in the Gloucestershire Youth Support Team, we care about young people, we listen to them, and we support them. We want all young people to achieve their full potential.
Our multi-disciplinary team of support workers aims to support vulnerable young people and their families through any challenges they may be facing.
Supported Internships
A Supported Internship is a study programme aimed at young people aged 16 to 24 who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and want to move into employment but need some extra support. An internship usually lasts for a year, with the opportunity to complete three different placements.

Stoke-on-Trent Young Peoples Careers Advice service provides an online careers information, advice and guidance service for young people. Our Digital Careers Advisers are here to help with choices, careers, education and work, job applications, local opportunities and much more.
Adapt, Belong, Achieve (ABA)
Transitioning between year groups and schools/colleges can be an exciting time full of opportunities. At the same time, it can also be worrying moving into the unknown. Adapt, Belong, Achieve is a three-tiered mentoring programme aiming to improve individual experiences when transitioning from year groups 6 into 7 and 11 into 12.
