Free Job Support West London helps adults 18+ who are living in the area to find or keep jobs. It’s designed to reduce pressure on frontline staff while encouraging people to take a positive next step.

It covers these 5 services:

• Connect to Work: Help to find the right job and stay in work. 
• WorkWell: Support when health makes it hard to find or stay in work. 
• MSK Trailblazer: Support for people with joint, bone or muscle conditions. 
• IPS Into Work: Employment support for people with drug or alcohol issues who want paid work. 
• Reframe: One-to-one coaching for people aged 18-24 who are unsure about work or learning. 

In this toolkit, you’ll find everything you need to tell people about the programme. You can refer someone once, and Shaw Trust will help them find the right programme. 

People don’t need to be job-ready to join. They just need to be open to exploring work, building skills and growing their confidence.
