You’ll get six months of free support – and when you’re ready to take the next step, you’ll have the option to join a programme to support you to get a job.

Reframe is for people in Ealing or Brent, aged 18–24, who:
- Are not currently looking for work.
- Don’t feel ready to move into work right away.
- Have a health condition or disability.
Young people tell us that help like this can make the future feel less overwhelming, and give them something to work towards.
You’ll get the chance to:
- Find what you love and what you’re good at.
- Try out community experiences and activities.
- Build your confidence, resilience and wellbeing.
- Get to know other people in similar situations.
- Work towards future goals in work, education or training.
You don’t need to feel ready to start work straight away, or have a career plan in mind. You just need to be open to giving things a go.
Time, space and support to move forwards
Joining Reframe means you get support without pressure. You’ll:
- Get one-to-one coaching to build confidence, motivation and a sense of what you want to do.
- Build skills and meet other young people through group sessions and activities.
- Hear from people working in areas that interest you, in small, relaxed settings.

Your journey with Reframe
Step 1
Getting started
You can sign up yourself, or someone else can refer you (with your consent). That could be a support worker, health professional, youth worker, friend or family member.
Step 2
Getting to know you
You’ll meet your coach and talk about your situation, what help you need, and any goals you have.
Step 3
Getting going
Over six months, you’ll work through what’s holding you back in one-to-one coaching sessions (held weekly or fortnightly), building confidence at your own pace.
Step 4
Getting ahead
When you’re ready, we’ll help you move forwards into whatever comes next for you. That might even be joining another employment programme.
Ready to join?
Many people come to Reframe uncertain about their future. You don’t need to have it all figured out, and you don’t need to be ready for work. You just need a place to start. Fill out our quick and easy form, and we’ll be in touch to explain what happens next.

Supporting young people’s futures
If you know someone aged 18-24 in Ealing or Brent, and they’re not in work, education or training and not searching for work, refer them to Reframe – especially if they aren’t ready for traditional ways in, or aren’t seeing the benefits of existing support.

Reframe works best when introduced by someone a young person already trusts. That’s where referrals make the biggest difference. If you’ve had a conversation with someone about it and they consent, you can refer them by filling out our quick form. We’ll then contact the young person to explain next steps.

How do I join Reframe?
You can sign yourself up using the online form. Someone else you trust can also refer you, as long as you give consent.
Do I need to be ready for work to join?
No. Reframe is your starting point, and helps you explore what feels right for you. It offers one‑to‑one coaching, help with confidence and wellbeing, and the chance to try optional group or community activities, when you’re ready.
What if my health/mental health makes things difficult?
Our support is flexible – we’ll work around what you’re able to do. Your coach can also talk to you about other support services, if you need them.
What if I’ve tried other programmes and they didn’t help?
Reframe is different. It’s personal, pressure‑free and works at your pace. Your coach is also there to support you throughout the programme.
What if I sign up and change my mind
You don’t have to continue. Just let your coach know.
What happens after I finish Reframe?
When you’re ready, we can help you take those next steps towards work, education, training, or other services to keep you moving forwards.
