We care about Wellbeing

We aim to provide health and wellbeing support that cares for our colleagues throughout their employment journey. Colleagues can access health and wellbeing resources, including an in -house health and wellbeing team who can support with the management of health conditions, and provide support on health and wellbeing matters. Colleagues also have access to an externally provided Employee Assistance Programme, and to a health care cash plan.

We listen

We encourage open conversations throughout the organisation. Our Employee Voice Network host regular all colleague calls and influence and inform business decisions.

We run regular colleague surveys to collect views and feedback from across the business to help inform and shape our colleague experience.

Our CEO Chris hosts regular one to one coffee and chat sessions with colleagues.

Colleagues can take part in CEO shadow boards gaining insights into, and informing on, strategic matters.

Working at Shaw Trust, colleagues are encouraged to share their feedback and updates via our internal communication channels.
