Thrive into work Haringey and Enfield
Delivered in partnership with
We have been delivering Thrive into Work – Haringey and Enfield since October 2023 as the IPSPC provision across Haringey and Enfield for those with a health condition or disability.
From the 1st October 2025 Workwell North Central London (part of Shaw Trust) will deliver support for those with mild to moderate health conditions or disabilities. This means that September 2025 is the final month for referrals to the existing Thrive into Work – Haringey and Enfield service. Those participants who are out of work when they join the service are still eligible to receive up to 12 months of support, inclusive of 4 months support once in work. The Thrive into Work – Haringey and Enfield service will then close at the end of September 2026.
Thank you for all of your support over the last two years, we look forward to working with you again in the future as part of the WorkWell North Central London team.

Thrive into Work Haringey and Enfield is a free, voluntary service, which aims to support you if you have a physical and/or mental health condition and would like to find meaningful employment or stay in your current role. • Over 18 years old

• Motivated to find or retain meaningful employment
Our team will work with you to help you find the right job fit and joining this service will not impact on your benefits. You can also opt out of the service at any time, if you feel it is not right for you.
How does the service work?
Using the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, a dedicated Shaw Trust Employment Specialist will work with you and your Health and Social Care Professional to provide you with a bespoke service tailored to your preferences and choices, and help you to identify employment goals and create a realistic employment plan.
Through your journey on the programme, you will be supported by the Employment Specialist, who will create a personalised approach with you to help you gain paid employment and then provide ongoing in-work support, also by looking at what adjustments and assistance you might need from an employer. This will enable your new job role to be successful, to develop you in work and enable you to maintain your health and wellbeing.
