You don’t need a diagnosis to join – just get in touch and we’ll do the rest.

Practical health support
Get help from a range of services including physiotherapists, gym access, and holistic therapies to manage pain and improve mobility.
Community and confidence building
Join local groups, build your skills, and get a plan to find work.
Joined-up help with NHS teams
Health services and job support that work together — no need to juggle everything alone.
Who can apply?
- If you’re over 18 years old.
- If you have joint, bone, muscle conditions, chronic back muscle or joint pain including mobility issues.
- Live in or have a GP or Job Centre Plus in Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hounslow, Hammersmith and Fulham, Hillingdon, Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea.
