Mental Health Works

Every year, thousands of people fall out of work due to mental health challenges, not because they can’t do the job, but because the right support didn’t come in time. Mental Health Works is a national campaign from Shaw Trust that helps employers and local authorities take simple, early steps that keep people in meaningful work.

At the heart of this campaign is Individual Placement Support (IPS). Through our proven IPS programme, we partner with businesses to protect talent, reduce staff turnover, and boost productivity—all without adding pressure or cost to already stretched teams.
