Building stronger community connections
The team were able to visit to increase our support to other Ethnic backgrounds and share IPS and visited Gurdwara (Sikh Temple) and UYG - Unleash yourself with Gladness. And the team have attended Job Fairs and Unlocked Events to share Kent & Medway IPS.

UYG - Unleash yourself with Gladness
Unlocked Event was built on the great partnership work already underway across Tonbridge, this event was designed to support young people with the Youth Guarantee by bringing together employers, training providers, Recruitment Specialists, and Youth Work Coaches.
The event will be centred around the theme: “How do I…?”
The aim is to provide young people 18-24 with clear, practical pathways into employment and development, including:
- Local employment opportunities
- Skills development and training options
- Wellbeing support
- Access to current vacancies
- Work experience opportunities
It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase our organisation, connecting with local young people, and continue the positive impact we are already making to so many clients.
