We’re offering people who are unemployed and have a joint, bone or muscle condition health and job support in selected London boroughs six months of free, one to one support to help you build skills, manage your condition and find work that fits around your life.
MSK trailblazer operates in the following boroughs: Barnet, Brent, Camden, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Haringey, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster.

Who can apply?
- If you’re over 18 years old.
- If you’re unemployed.
- People with joint, bone, or muscle conditions, including chronic back, muscle, or joint pain, or mobility issues.
- No formal diagnosis is required.
- Live in or have a GP or Job Centre Plus in Barnet, Brent, Camden, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Haringey, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster.
