Digital Targeted Information, Advice and Guidance

Supporting NEET young people through targeted interventions to safeguard the most at risk from slipping through the cracks.

The challenge

Every council in England has a statutory duty to track young people’s participation in Education, Employment and Training. Supporting Young people who are Not in Education Employment or Training requires robust data that all Local Authorities must be provided to the DfE.

Our solution

Our outstanding model enhances the service at a lower cost, providing value for money and saving on time and resource.

We use digital tracking services to deliver interventions for NEET young people, efficiently using the data collected to focus resource allocation. Including offering a monthly summary of tracking, recording and monitoring activities.

Our enhanced service and social media offering raises the profile of the service to effectively reach, communicate and engage young people through a variety of platforms and techniques.

We have dedicated staff including Digital Careers Advisers, Management information specialists and Digital Media Officers all focused on supporting young people back into education, employment or training.
