Benefits
Holiday
We offer 25 paid holiday days per leave year, in addition to paid bank holiday leave, which increases to 26 days after 3 years’ service, 27 days after 4 years’ service and 28 days after 5 years’ service. This is pro rata’d for employees working part time hours. Colleagues can purchase an additional week of paid holiday each year.
Pension
We’ll automatically enrol you onto our pension scheme and after 6 months you can join an enhanced pension scheme, where Shaw Trust will match your contribution up to 6%, giving you a total pension contribution of up to 12%. You will also receive life cover based on 3 times your annual salary amount.
Health cash plan
We offer a health cash plan allowing colleagues (and up to 4 dependents) to claim back all or some of the cost of everyday health expenses including dental and optical treatment, and some specialist treatment.

Our in-house health and wellbeing team can support colleagues with the management of health conditions and provide support to those who may be struggling with their wellbeing or mental health.
