Celebrating Collaboration: Kindred and Shaw Trust

At Shaw Trust, we believe in the power of collaboration and partnership. We’ve been doing incredible work with major employers helping them to become more inclusive and getting people back into work. Our work with Kindred, a cleaning services provider based in Hertfordshire, is a great example of what can be achieved in partnership.

Supporting Tesco’s Movement to Work disability placement programme

Shaw Trust supports Tesco with their Movement to Work disability placement programme. This programme supports people aged between 18-30, who live with a disability or health condition. 2023 saw a 22% year on year increase in the number of people undertaking a work placement with Tesco.

Building a strong partnership with Atlas Hotels

Having had local success with Shaw Trust previously the HR Director at Atlas Hotels was keen to explore how the partnership could be developed further.

After meeting Ann from our National Account team, the HR Director agreed that Shaw Trust should work with a further 24 of their 50 hotels.
