Education is the passport to a brighter future. But sometimes, it’s hard to know where to focus. As a multi-academy trust, you’re juggling pupil attainment, Ofsted inspections, budget constraints and staff development –all while trying to meet your statutory obligations.
We can help you manage all that.
In partnership with Ixion, we’ve created NavigatED, a school careers support programme. It offers flexible access to expert careers advice, mentoring and wellbeing support for students and vulnerable learners, alongside a pathway to develop your careers team. The result is staff stay for longer and young people have the support they need to thrive – with their wellbeing, their learning and their prospects.
How does it work:
Across careers advice, mentoring, wellbeing and Gatsby Benchmark support, we’ll create your perfect solution – just as we have for 200 other schools.
Careers Advice Plus:
Impartial careers information, advice and guidance provided by Level 6 Advisors from the start. Not only does this help you meet your statutory obligations and Gatsby Benchmarks, but evidence shows students receiving high-quality guidance are 20.1% more likely to be in sustained education, employment, or training after Year 11.

Resilient Futures:
Offers independently evaluated mentoring and wellbeing support for students, helping young people integrate into school and thrive. In 2024–2025, 98% of participants successfully transitioned into Year 7 or Year 12, with young people consistently reporting greater confidence, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of belonging. (ABA impact report Sept 24 – Aug 25).
Staff Career Development Pathways:
Careers advice qualifications that range from levels 3-6, so your school can offer an improved careers advisor service.
Quality in Careers Standard (QICS):
Expert support in meeting this accreditation, which demonstrates to Ofsted and the Department for Education that you meet Gatsby Benchmarks and your statutory obligations.
Data and Tracking Services:
Support for post-16 tracking, including for three-year destinations. We can help you record the number of students in education or work, to target those most in need of training, education and careers advice.
