Supply chain and corporate partnerships
Shaw Trust works in partnership with a diverse range of public, private and third sector organisations. We build robust and resilient supply chains with local partners who share our values and principles. As a prime contractor we will always pass down the same or better terms to our supply chain partners and will never bid for contracts that could be better delivered by a local third sector organisation.
We’re committed to working with like-minded organisations, who can align to our values and expectations.
If you want to join our supply chain and have an innovative approach, proven high performance and a strong presence in your communities please email partnerships@shaw-trust.org.uk to register your interest or to find out more information.
We also look for opportunities for co-location, alignment of funding streams and complementary services to provide a better experience for those we support.

This Supply Chain Code of Conduct will be used alongside any contractual obligations.
Join the Shaw Trust Delivery Partner Dynamic Purchasing System (DPDPS)
The DPDPS is an ongoing, open procurement process designed to engage service delivery partners capable of fulfilling Shaw Trust’s mission through specific call-off contracts. We are eager to connect with local providers, SMEs, and VCSE organisations that align with our ethos. We value diversity in thought and approach, and are particularly interested in partners who bring innovative, people-centred strategies to the table.
Why should your organisation join?
1. Access opportunities: joining the DPDPS allows your organisation not only to access opportunities offered by Shaw Trust but also those available through other entities utilising Proactis.
2. Community investment: we are dedicated to investing in and strengthening communities by building local partnerships and supporting our suppliers in building their resilience.
3. Fair terms: we guarantee that the terms passed down to our partners are the same or better than those we receive, ensuring fairness and sustainability in our partnerships.
Process and Opportunities:
The DPDPS operates through a two-stage process:
• Stage 1: Initial setup and ongoing inclusion of providers who meet our selection criteria.
• Stage 2: Targeted invitations to tender for specific contracts based on the mini-competition procedures from the required Lot.
Please note: While being part of the DPDPS provides access to potential contracts, it does not guarantee contract awards or specific volumes.
How to apply:
To explore this opportunity and consider working in partnership with Shaw Trust, search for “The Shaw Trust DPDPS” on the Proactis Portal and follow the application instructions provided. We look forward to discovering how your organisation can contribute to our mission and benefit from this partnership.
What are the contract values?
The DPDPS covers operational delivery contracts ranging from £10,000 to £150,000 per annum.
Why use the Shaw Trust Delivery Partner DPS system?
Using this system will enable you to access our opportunities as well as those promoted by other organisations using Proactis. In addition, you can apply for more than one contract using the same submission, saving you time and resources.
