Brent Youth Futures (formally Brent Connexions) provides information, advice and guidance to support the future career and aspirations of young people in Brent who are not in education, employment or training. Our free service can be accessed from drop-in centres across Brent.
Designed by young people for young people. Brent Youth Futures will make young people feel hopeful and we will do this through being:
- Respectful.
- Welcoming.
- Open, honest and authentic.
- Passionate.
- Supportive.
Our advisers can help with:
- Post-16 options.
- One-to-one careers guidance interviews.
- Developing employability skills.
- CV building support.
- Job application support.
- Interview techniques and preparation.
- Careers information relating to specific roles and sectors.
- Making referrals to providers offering opportunities such as apprenticeships, volunteering, and forms of training.
- Employability masterclass sessions in partnership with local employers.
- Signposting to outside support agencies.
- Transition events for young people with SEND.

Are you eligible?
- Aged 16-18 (up to 25 with a learning difficulty or disability).
- Living in the Brent area.
- Not in Employment, Education and / or Training.
