This course is ideal for individuals who would like to gain the knowledge and skills to spot signs of people experiencing poor mental health, be confident to start a conversation and signpost a person to appropriate support. Learners also learn how to empower someone to access the support they might need for recovery or successful management of symptoms.
This 2-day AMHFA course trains you as a Mental Health First Aider and offers:
- An in-depth understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing
