When the world locked down in March 2020 thousands of people started working from home. This opened up new ways of working, working from home and flexible working became the new normal.
For many disabled people the chance to work remotely gave them an opportunity to re-evaluate their working lives; the need to travel to a place of work, prioritise their wellbeing or enter the jobs market.
