At Shaw Trust we pride ourselves on working in partnership and co-creating services and products with our stakeholders. As the largest not-for-profit organisation in the employment, education and skills sector we have a charitable heart and our business brain. For us, working with employers is not about numbers but about people – supporting you to find the right people to benefit your organisation and supporting your people within your organisation.

Recruitment

We offer employers a fully funded recruitment package on behalf of the government through a number of large-scale contracts, including candidate screening and referral, job readiness support including access to funding for essential qualifications and equipment and in-work support. Our aim is make your staff recruitment, retention and process smoother and more effective. We can do this for individual appointments or large-scale recruitment drives.

Training

As an Ofsted ‘Good’ training provider Ixion, part of Shaw Trust, offers employers tailored workforce development. From entry-level pre-employment training through to executive development, our programmes evaluate training needs and offer cost-effective solutions. Established as a small charity helping disabled adults into work more than 30 years ago Shaw Trust continues to advocate for people with complex needs. Events and conferences

Optimus Education, part of Shaw Trust provide large-scale careers and skills events for audiences including young people aged 14-19, their teachers, parents and families, careers guidance professionals, business organisations as well as conferences for education professionals and leaders.
